TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This is agreement between You and Plexus Computers, LLC. Throughout this agreement Plexus Computers, LLC will be referred to as We, Us, or Our.  "You" and "Your" means the person whose name appears on the Invoice. "Agreement" means the terms and conditions contained herein together with the Invoice and terms contained therein. The term "Product" means the Plexus Computers assembled personal computer described on Your invoice. A personal computer is described as a chassis and factory installed electronic components inside the chassis. The term "Product" does not include software, keyboards, mice, monitors or other external peripherals such as speakers, joysticks, printers or scanners.

Plexus Computers, LLC warrants this Product, against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year unless otherwise stated in writing as follows:

1.  PARTS: Plexus Computers, LLC will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacements in exchange for defective parts. After the warranty period, you must pay for all parts costs. Plexus Computers owns all parts removed from repaired products. If a product is replaced, its warranty term is not extended.

2.  LABOR: Plexus Computers, LLC will replace the product with a new or rebuilt unit at no charge. Plexus Computers LLC must conduct repairs. Any labor charges paid to an unauthorized Plexus Computers service facility will not be reimbursed. After the Warranty Period, you must pay for all labor charges.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

A.		SOFTWARE, KEYBOARDS, MICE, MONITORS OR OTHER EXTERNAL PERIPHERALS SUCH AS SPEAKERS, JOYSTICKS, PRINTERS AND SCANNERS.
B.		DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAILURE TO PROVIDE A SUITABLE INSTALLATION OR OPERATING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PRODUCT.
C.		DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING.
D.		DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPACT WITH OTHER OBJECTS, DROPPING, FALLS, SPILLED LIQUIDS, OR IMMERSION IN LIQUIDS.
E.		DAMAGE CAUSED BY A POWER SURGE OR A DISASTER SUCH AS FIRE, FLOOD, WIND, EARTHQUAKE, LIGHTNING, AND OTHER ACTS OF GOD.
F.		DAMAGE CAUSED BY CONNECTION TO AN IMPROPER VOLTAGE SUPPLY.
G.		DAMAGE CAUSED BY UNAUTHORIZED ATTACHMENTS, ALTERATIONS, MODIFICATIONS OR FOREIGN OBJECTS.
H.		DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTERNAL PERIPHERALS OR CABLES.
I.		DAMAGE FROM IMPROPER INSTALLATION, CLEANINGS OR ADJUSTMENTS (OVER CLOCKING) OR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE.
J.		DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY OTHER ABUSE, MISUSE, MISHANDLING, OR MISAPPLICATION.
K.		DAMAGE CAUSED BY PROGRAMS, DATA, VIRUSES, OR OTHER FILES.
L.		DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO BACK-UP YOUR DATA OR OTHER FILES.
M.		COSMETIC APPEARANCE.
N.		LOSS OR DAMAGE TO RECORDS, FILES OR DATA.
O.		DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR REVENUE, ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES OR SERVICES, DOWNTIME, OR YOUR TIME.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact Plexus Computers, LLC

This warranty is valid only in the United States.  You must take the Product, or deliver the Product freight prepaid, in a protected packaging. Plexus Computers, LLC will pick up and deliver the Product during the warranty period if the Product was delivered as a condition of sale. Pick up and delivery will be limited to the original origin where sold. Pick up service will end if the Product is moved from delivered address. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, which is evidence that the unit is within the Warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service. This warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number or tamper seal has been altered or removed from the Product.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. PLEXUS COMPUTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
