Automated Windows Data Backup
Have all of your important data automatically backed up when and where you want.  Important data usually consists of files in My Documents, Favorites, Desktop, Address Book, Accounting Software and E-mail client folders such as Outlook Express.  Service includes a brief tutorial on checking backup logs to verify completed jobs.  Software is included with Microsoft Windows 2000 Pro, XP and Vista.  Other operating systems may require additional software that is not included.  Plexus recommends an external hard drive for regular data backup not included with this service.  Supported media includes CDRW, DVDRW and tape drives, NAS and flash media not included.

Hard Drive Disk Image Copy (Each Service)
Backing up important data on a regular basis is important, but when a hard drive fails or the operating system crashes you are out of a computer.  Even with a good backup the task of reinstalling Windows, drivers and programs then configuring everything the way it was before could take days if not weeks.  Our solution is to copy a compressed image of your system hard drive and store it on DVD's.  A boot disk allows you to recreate your drive completely intact in about an hour or less.  Service includes up to 9.4GB of backup on two DVD's.  Each additional 4.7GB is an extra $14.00.

Automated Hard Drive Disk Image Copy
Probably one of the most thorough backup solutions available.  Service includes configuring an automated disk image backup of your system hard drive to an external hard drive, or a hidden area of your current drive.  Pressing F11 at boot up creates the complete restoration of the backed up image over existing system drive or new drive without using the computer's operating system.  In our tests, technicians restored complete disk images to new drives in under an hour and booted up to Windows with all settings and data completely intact.  Licensed software is included with this service along with a brief tutorial on checking logs to verify completed jobs.  

PC to PC Data Copy
Have you recently purchased a new computer, but you can't use it, because all of your data is still on your old computer?  Bring them to us and we will copy all of your valuable documents, photos, music, internet links, address book, financial data and e-mail client data such as Outlook Express.

PC to PC Data Copy with Migration
In addition to copying all of your data we will migrate data from another Windows PC or hard drive.  Includes the migration of documents, photos, videos, music, internet links, desktop,  e-mail accounts, email and addresses books and data from one financial program such as Quicken, QuickBooks, Peachtree or MS Money.   

*Migration is for one computer profile of up to 9.4GB of personal data. Software not included.  Migration of additional programs and data are extra.
