Hardware Installation
Have a professional install any compatible internal or external device for you such as a PCI adapter, video card, memory, or drive.  Includes the installation of drivers and accompanying software.  Note: Internal hard drives are installed as a secondary drive with this service.

Are you having problems with a specific software program on your computer or keep getting error messages and aren't sure what the issue is?  We'll find out what the problem and either fix it or recommend the best solution.

New Computer Install
Purchase a Plexus built desktop computer or any notebook PC from Plexus and our technicians will personalize it for you at our store, free of charge.  Service includes the testing of all hardware and installation of all Microsoft Windows updates.  A host of free utilities are preinstalled such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash Player, Sun Micro Java and others.  In addition, we will optimize it for the best performance.  Any purchase of OEM, anti-virus or retail software is also pre-installed. 

Technicians will deliver and install computer and peripherals and connect to existing internet connection.  Service includes a brief tutorial on proper maintenance and Q&A. Transferring data and program installation from an existing PC is based on flat rate.

Computer Diagnostics
(with Pick up and Delivery)
Are you having a computer problem and aren't sure what the issue is?  Could be hardware related, a Windows issue or virus?  We'll find out what the problem and either repair it onsite or take it to our repair facility. One of the biggest cost differences in onsite service versus carry in comes down to project time.  Technicians may wait several minutes for diagnostic processes such as a simple anti-virus scan onsite, where the actual required interface time requires only a few minutes.  Our store rates are based on interface time.  In the event a technician may require more than a couple of hours to properly repair a PC, they will recommend to take your computer to our service center then bring it back when the repair is complete.  This insures that your PC is repaired properly and saves you money.

Combine $65 cost for pickup and delivery with any carry in service.
