Q: How do I reinstall my Windows
CD-ROM drive drivers?
A: The CD-ROM is one of the many devices that is
controlled by Windows. The driver supplied with your
CD-ROM drive is designed for MS-DOS. Windows does not
require a driver. If a CD-ROM device is not showing up
in Windows, check the cables and make sure the IDE
controller is enabled in the BIOS.
