Q: I'm dead without my computer.  How long will it take for a technician to come out and fix it?

A: We understand how important your computer is to you and we are here to help.  We have a wide range of options from 4 hours or less same day service made in our standard service area to after hours response. These services are based on time and one-half of our regular on-site rates.  Standard next day appointments must be made before 3pm which are made between 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
